Hello! I am a certified Pilates instructor based in New York City with more than 500 hours of teacher training. I serve clients of all different ages, body types, and fitness levels. I am passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives by providing a fun, safe, and challenging space for exercise.
Pilates is a mode of exercise that connects our minds to our bodies, cultivates mindfulness, and uplifts our spirits. I discovered it when I was healing after giving birth. I became stronger in my core, felt more positive and comfortable about my body, and regained my confidence. No other form of exercise has ever had such a positive impact on my mental as well as physical health, and that inspired me to begin share the joy of Pilates with others. I tailor my instruction to each individual and take pride in creating a mindful and uplifting space for each and every one of my clients.
I believe it is important that we all find a form of exercise that we can continue throughout our lives–one that will help us see progress and one that can adapt as our bodies move through different changes.
Besides Pilates, my other great passion is community health advocacy and education. I have a degree in International Community Health Education and work with international NGOs, non-profits, and private companies to educate communities about health and fitness.
