Hello! I am a certified Pilates instructor based in New York City. I am passionate about making positive changes to people’s lives through providing a safe, fun and challenging workout space.
Pilates is a workout method that connect with our bodies, cultivate mindfulness and uplift our spirits. I discovered it myself by recovering from my injured body after pregnancy. I became stronger in my core, felt more positive and comfortable about my body, and built confidence and authentic with myself. I never felt that way in any exercise, so I jumped into the journey to share the wealth of Pilates with others.
I believe it is important that we all find an exercise that we can continue, and also a relaxing workout environment where we can focus on our progress. Whether you are beginner or experienced, I am dedicated to tailoring my instruction to meet your unique needs and goals, and make the sessions fun and challenging. I am happy that I can serve the diverse range of individuals in NYC + around the world virtually through teaching both in English and Japanese. I am committed to create a mindful and uplifting space for “every body” during/before/after our sessions.
I have also been active as a global health advocate, thus delivering health and wellness to the communities near and far is my personal mission.
